The room
Thought that some of you might be interested in seeing the room. now that its a little more cosy. excuse the mess - adds to the cosy dimension. Firstly the view from the windows in the bedroom. The botanical gardens are the nearest wooded hill (towards the left). the other picture, below looks towards the town and universiyt. if you look hard you might see the edwardian clocktower (black and white) which marks one of the central buildings on campus.

This does look like Pmb has been dropped into some British - probably Welsh by the hills, countryside. Your room looks OK for digs - but I bet it is cold with no proper insulation and high ceilings. I guess when the house was built it had an aga in the kitchen and all sorts of things to make it warmer.
